Today we’ll be making the classic dish, Spaghetti Bolognese.. this is a healthy version, and Slimming World friendly if your a member, so also it’s very light on syn’s.

Lamb Mince – 500g
Coconut Spray Oil
Chopped Tomatoes – 300g
Carrot – 1
Mixed Red & Green Peppers
Green Coriander Leaves
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Worcester Sauce – 1 Table Spoon
Garlic Cloves – 3 minced
Courgette – 1
Oregano – 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
